The Singapore Budget 2025 will be announced by Singapore's Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong on Tuesday, 18 February 2025.

Adrian Sham
Partner - Employer Solutions and Private Clients

Adrian is a Partner at Grant Thornton Singapore, heading the firm’s Employer Solutions and Private Clients service line. His multi-faceted international background, given his career in UK and Singapore as well as his US Enrolled Agent background, allows him to offer a more holistic cross-border approach to finding the optimal solution to each client’s unique needs.

Eng Min Lor
Partner - Corporate Tax

Eng Min is a Corporate and Business Tax Partner at Grant Thornton Singapore who provides domestic and international corporate advice to a broad range of multinational clients from a whole host of industries. She has been actively involved in many projects involving investments into, through and from Singapore to help clients manage their businesses in a tax efficient and holistic manner.

Koh Soo How
Partner - Indirect Tax

Soo How leads Grant Thornton Singapore’s GST practice and has comprehensive knowledge and experience in indirect tax. He started his career in indirect tax with the IRAS as a senior member of the core team that introduced the GST in Singapore in 1994.
