Our Fund Structuring workshop, Fund Structuring 101, is aimed at “speed dating” participants with all they need to know about the tax, accounting, governance, and regulatory aspects of setting up and running a fund in Singapore.

It will also be of use in validating existing structures and management remuneration arrangements for those with funds already in place, in the evolving and increasingly aggressive global tax environment.

The workshop will cover

  • The building blocks of fund structuring
  • The objectives of each of the parties in putting the structures in place and the tensions and conflicts that can arise
  • Common mistakes in tax and accounting, and how to avoid them
  • Regulatory requirements and governance considerations for fund management companies in Singapore

Lunch and tea breaks will be provided. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, participants must be fully vaccinated.

SGD 250 per participant excl. GST (Group and affiliate discounts are available. Please reach out to events@sg.gt.com for more information)

Spaces are limited, so register your place now to secure your seat. We will liaise with participants on their preferred payment arrangements after registration.
