Our Business Risk team was engaged to provide resource support to the internal audit (IA) department of the client's Singapore office to assist with the following areas:

Production of IA-wide governance reporting and analysis
Assist in regional regulatory engagements
Identify improvement opportunities for the existing reporting and analysis process to generate greater efficiencies within the IA department and bank

Value added

Our Business Risk team was responsive to the client’s needs and acceded to their requests promptly. In addition, the team provided the client with the right resources by supporting them with expertise on data analytics and dashboard reporting skills.

During the resource support engagement, the team also provided insights on automation of reports based on prior experience with prominent financial services clients.

With the IA analysis conducted, the client was able to improve on their current reporting process and managed to successfully streamline their manual labour-intensive processes throughout their operations.
