As part of our efforts to support our people's health and wellbeing, our people are given 3 days of health and wellbeing leave per year. This means you won't have to produce a medical certificate when you aren't feeling great.

    Dress for your diary

    We've moved away from traditional office attire. Our dress for your diary policy allows you to choose how you’ll dress based on who you’re meeting and what you have on that day. That means less time worrying about what to wear in the morning.
