Responsibilities 

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation for successful onboarding. 
  • Conduct proactive talent sourcing and search strategies to maintain diverse pipeline of key talent. 
  • Collaborate and partner with hiring managers from different service lines to fulfil their talent requirements. 
  • Provide data-driven insights on market trends and recommend recruitment strategies. 
  • Generate management reports on relevant talent metrics for key decision making. 
  • Lead ongoing recruitment initiatives and engagement with industry partners and institutes of higher learning to promote our employer branding.  
  • Co-lead in staff engagement initiatives as part of People and Culture team. 

Qualifications and skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the professional services industry. 
  • Strong partnering experience with stakeholders in talent sourcing. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to source and manage diverse roles with strong project management skills.
