Responsibilities
You will be working closely with our People & Culture team to:
- Support the recruitment process and events
- Communicate with applicants to follow up on their applications
- Arrange for interviews for shortlisted candidates with internal stakeholders
- Assist with data checks and system migration
- Generate reports and perform research and analysis
- Assist with People & Culture administrative tasks, staff engagement events and projects
Qualifications and Skills
- Pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources Management at a recognised institute
- Full-time interns who can commit to an internship period of 3 months or longer will be preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-driven and motivated learner and can work well in a team setting
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong attention to details with good time management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
