Audit Team

Responsibilities 

  • Assisting in drafting client proposals 
  • Participating in department initiatives 
  • Spotting and developing new business growth opportunities with existing clients 
  • Training and coaching audit team members by conducting timely performance review and providing feedback to them 
  • Working on external audit engagements with Grant Thornton audit methodology for multinational organisations of various sizes 

Qualifications and skills 

  • At least 4 years’ experience in statutory audits 
  • Completed qualification for one of the following: Singapore CA, ACCA, CA Australia, CPA Australia, ICAEW, or US CPA is a plus 
  • Progressive audit experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm is highly preferred 
  • Required degree in Accounting or ACCA 
  • Strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in SFRS and SSA, as well as IFRS and ISA. US GAAP and/or SOX 404 knowledge will be advantageous
  • Singapore residency and be able to work in Singapore
